6th Annual Festival of Beers

Southern Pines, N.C. ? The Moore County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce they will be hosting for the 6^th time their Annual Festival of Beers. This event provides beer enthusiasts the opportunity to try many different types of craft beers all at one location for one low cost ticket. The event will once again be held on the property of the Southern Pines Elks Lodge RAIN or SHINE. Some of the best beer makers in our state will be participating in the Festival of Beers located on the Southern Pines Elks Lodge property. Now in its sixth year the Festival of Beers has quickly become one of the region?s most anticipated events. Everyone that attends appreciates the diversity of flavors and the unique opportunity to sample beers side by side.

?The Festival of Beers allows guests to enjoy beers featuring many different flavors and styles,? says Linda Parsons, President and CEO of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce. ?Moore County is distinctive in that we have quality beer from our own community and an increasing market for craft beers are sold here. It is always a great time!"

The Festival of Beers will be held on the property of the Southern Pines Elks Lodge from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 16. Tickets are available at the Moore County Chamber of Commerce or online at www.moorecountychamber.com, for $25 through May 1st After May 1st they are $30. There are also $10 tickets available for designated drivers. All guests at the Festival of Beers receive a commemorative glass and have access to water and soda.
