Dining in the Field
Chef Mark Elliott and Sandhills Children?s Center are partnering to present this unique dining experience. It is a night devoted to reconnecting the farm to the fork with courses built from the bounty of local farms. Dining in the Field is a casual and rustic affair where Elliott?s chefs prepare each course. This dinner is about getting everyone involved - the guest, the farmer and the chef. The elaborate feast will be served on vineyard tables against the grand scenery of Sandy Woods Farm.
