Rise & Run 5K

Friend to Friend proudly presents our 10th annual 5K! Start your weekend on a high note at the Rise & Run 5K. Race, walk, or jog your way through a scenic trail course with natural terrain that keeps things fun and adventurous. Then celebrate with live music, great food trucks, and a packed kids corner. Little runners can join the excitement in the Kids Fun Run for ages 10 & under. Bring the energy, bring your friends, and rise with us for a morning that feels good and does good. All proceeds support Friend to Friend and their work empowering survivors in our community.
