Partners for Children and Families, Inc. (pfcfmc.org) is looking for a special candidate to serve as its Office Manager and Fiscal Officer. The Partners Office Manager will report to our Executive Director, and assist with the organization of board and staff meetings. The Office Manager will have typical duties, including communications, administration, securing and maintaining office equipment and supplies and generally supporting the front line program staff. The person filling this position will, together with the Executive Director, act as our principal fiscal officer including work in the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and grant compliance areas.
The Partners Office Manager will be supported by excellent systems and technical equipment, a technical support team, an accounting support team and extensive professional development resources. The Office Manager will be part of our in-house team of experienced professionals which prides itself on mutual support and cooperation.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience working as an office manager, accountant or bookkeeper. In order to successfully navigate the fiscal and accounting aspects of this position, the candidate should be highly numeric. A valid driver’s license is required.
We operate in a regulated environment. To succeed, the candidate will need to be comfortable learning and complying with various technical requirements. Advanced computer skills

(particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite) are necessary. The capacity and willingness to learn new systems is also important.
The ideal candidate will have experience with fund accounting, speak Spanish as well as English and/or have an advanced degree in a related field. Although not required, these factors may be relevant to the candidate’s compensation level.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, available immediately. Compensation
$40,000 to $50,000 per year depending on seniority, experience and credentials. Paid time Off: Vacation, Holiday and Personal/Sick Pay.
