Sales Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will support order processing, customer communication, and inventory coordination while ensuring seamless operations between sales, production, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery dates.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing order updates and resolving issues.
- Support the sales team with quotes and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to track order progress and manage inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for orders, compliance, and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping processes.
