Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Agent/Coach/Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a partner in our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier financial services to our clients, focusing on guiding them through their mortgage, insurance, and investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow and lead a successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial guidance on mortgages, insurance, and investments.
• Work with clients to develop personalized financial plans and strategies.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Mentor and lead a team of junior advisors to help achieve collective business goals.
• Actively pursue and create new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive the firm's growth and expansion.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
