Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable candidate with good customer service skills for a position handling order fulfillment.. In this role, you will handle multiple tasks, managing incoming /outgoing orders and invoicing. Under the supervision of the manager, you will be responsible for monitoring fulfilment, invoicing, direct calls and handle clerical tasks. You must be meticulous, a good multitasker and be able to problem solve.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately data enter
  • Computer Literacy--multiple order software, Excel
  • Invoicing/billing
  • Handle multiple tasks
  • Great Customer Service
  • Keep neat and orderly records
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  •  

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
  • Able to work on your feet/sit for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs. regularly
  • Good communication skills
  • Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
  •
