2025 Talent Symposium Set for October 24 Mastering the Workplace to Focus on Leadership, Talent, and

SOUTHERN PINES, NC—  The Moore County Chamber of Commerce and Sandhills Community College are proud to announce the 2025 Talent Symposium, taking place on October 24, 2025, with the theme "Mastering the Workplace: The Art & Science of Managing and Leading Others."

This regional event will feature dynamic keynote speaker Dr. Ellen Burts-Cooper, Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Improve Consulting and Training Group, and a national expert in leadership development, workplace culture, and performance.

Held in partnership with Moore County Schools, Moore County Economic Development Partnership, Mid Carolina Regional Development Partnership, and NC Works, the symposium will bring together business leaders, HR professionals, educators, and workforce stakeholders to explore modern leadership strategies and employee engagement practices critical to today's rapidly evolving workplace.
