SOUTHERN PINES AUTUMNFEST CALLS FOR VENDORS!
The Arts Council of Moore County and Southern Pines Parks & Recreation Dept. invite vendors to apply to be part of the 47th annual AutumnFest on Saturday, October 4, 2025 in the beautiful setting of Downtown Park (145 SE Broad St., Southern Pines, NC). The goal of this festival is to give attendees an authentic and family-friendly arts & crafts fair experience.
On the first Saturday in October since 1978, AutumnFest has welcomed thousands of people to the beautiful Downtown Park in Southern Pines. In addition to over 100 booths of artisans and crafters, festival attendees have enjoyed delicious food, live entertainment by local and regional artists, demonstrations by local martial arts studios & dance companies, and more.
This small-town festival is now accepting applications for vendors that sell arts, crafts, handmade items, and food. Vendor applications are required and available along with the event guidelines at www.MooreArt.org/AutumnFest.
If booth space is still available after August 1, a very limited number of applications from nonprofit organizations and vendors that sell non-handmade items may be accepted. Vendor fees will be refunded if application is not accepted. All food vendors will be located on Broad Street with a limited number of spaces for food trucks and food tents. Applications will be accepted until all booth spaces are filled.
