Third Floor Collaborative Workspace

SOUTHERN PINES, NC -  Did you know as a member you have access to Moore County’s first collaborative workspace? In the fall of 2021, the Chamber unveiled a new collaborative workspace in downtown Southern Pines. This urban loft is located on the 3rd floor of the new Krausen Building home to the Southern Pines Growler Co.’s Taproom and Patio. The flexible office layout speaks to a modern approach of doing business for the Chamber of Commerce.

The workspace offers notable benefits for members and collaborators using the space. The Third Floor offers a variety of meeting areas including a collaborative workspace, large flexible conference room, dedicated private office spaces, various soft seating options along with causal seating at the large kitchen bar and state of the art audio visual equipment. This space is an ideal spot for a quiet place to work between appointments or for team meetings and to change up the routine.

From the stunning architecture to the natural lighting and the convenience of location, the Moore County Chamber’s new facility is the start of an exciting chapter in our 55-year history of working to advance the community.

The vision of the Chamber is to convene, connect and champion businesses, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. This space enhances these opportunities. The Board of Directors recognized the needs of the community over the last 55 years have changed, and the Chamber must evolve with it. This new facility is about reinvesting in our community and in our members.
