EXEMPTION: Non-Exempt
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide administrative support to ensure
efficient operation of the office.
PRIMARY TASKS:
• Answers phone calls and supports visitors and show them to scheduled meetings.
• Assist with all budget activities, including accounting.
• Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc..
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and effective communication.
• Assist Office/Finance Manager with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Assist General Manager with preparing documents and agenda for the monthly ABC Board Meetings.
• Assist with ordering new office supplies, such as printer refills, copying paper etc..
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1) Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and activities concurrently.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
This position reports to the General Manager and Office/Finance Manager
