We’re excited to unveil AM BEATS, a fresh, energizing addition to our Chamber programming designed to support both your wellbeing and your business.

AM BEATS is a quarterly breakfast and networking series centered on meaningful conversations about mental wellness in the workplace. Each session brings together:

- Expert speakers addressing real challenges facing today’s professionals

- Guided table discussions that spark connection and shared learning

- Actionable resources you can take back to your team

- Topics including burnout, workplace culture, resilience, mindful productivity, and more

All served with coffee, connection, and community.

Important Notes:

- AM BEATS is for Chamber members only.

- This series DOES NOT REPLACE our long‑standing Early Bird Breakfast & Networking events. Those quarterly gatherings will continue as usual.

- AM BEATS simply adds a new layer of support—focusing on the health, energy, and resilience of the people who power Moore County’s businesses.
