We are located in the Ice House Square Office Park next to Vito's in Southern Pines. Our unit 14 is at the end of the building and unit 10 (Main Office) is located in the back right corner.
About Us
The CARE Group, Inc. is the merger organization of Moore Buddies Mentoring and Moore County Literacy Council. Our mission is to equip, empower, and encourage individuals through education, mentoring, and enrichment opportunities. Moore Buddies Mentoring provides a one-on-one adult mentor to a child at-risk. The kids that we serve do not have a positive, caring adult role model in their life and we provide that for them. Moore County Literacy Council provides a one-on-one tutor for low literacy ESL and ABE adults as well as citizenship preparation. We also offer Motheread/Fatheread® classes to parents/caregivers of young children.
