Small Business Microgrant
Attention, Small Business Owners in Cumberland, Harnett, Moore, Montgomery, and Sampson Counties!The Mid-Carolina WDB is excited to announce the establishment of a competitive microgrant program to support small businesses with less than 25 employees who are registered in NCWorks across our five-county region!
Small businesses can apply for up to $5,000 in funding to address workforce needs, including:
Providing structured training opportunities Preparing supervisors to mentor new workers Upgrading the skills of existing employeesWe understand that limited resources can make investing in your workforce challenging. These microgrants are designed to help businesses strengthen their teams and support employee growth.
