We are hiring a Full-Time Office Manager!
Location: Southern Pines, NC
In this role, you’ll:
• Support billing for the business office.
• Maintain company mailing lists.
• Serve as the IT liaison between employees and our external IT provider.
• Oversee property management.
• Manage vendor coordination.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Run local errands.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• A multi-tasking pro with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable coordinating with IT.
QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred.
• Customer-service minded with great communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and a reliable team player.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, on-site.
