POSITION:      Office Manager
LOCATION:    Pinehurst, NC 
 
OFFICE MANAGER ROLE
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee organization and coordination of administration duties and office procedures to ensure that the office is operated efficiently.  The Office Manager should ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
The successful Office Manager is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats, is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks, is able to work independently to make effective decisions, and is a goal-oriented self-starter. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
  • Handle customer general inquiries and complaints
  • Provide administrative support in various capacities to all company departments
  • Serve as liaison to third party Human Resources company
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail
  • Provide general support to leadership team
  • Lead and manage special projects on behalf of various departments
  • Design and implement filing systems
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Update and maintain Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance List
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members
  • Provide general support to visitors
 
 
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Must exercise honesty and respect with company employees, clients, vendors, and tenants
  • Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks in an efficient and quality manner
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and coordinate with various levels of staff and outside vendors and client representatives
  • Demonstrate ability to learn commercial real estate industry, CFSPG’s core business model, and operational systems
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or any related field
  • Additional qualification or certification as an Administrative Officer or Secretary
  • Experience in Real Estate, Development/Construction, Property Management, or Legal industries is preferred but not a prerequisite

COMPENSATION
Compensation is dependent upon candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.  Base salary will be commensurate with the level of experience and in line with market expectations for similar companies and positions in the geographic region.
