Moore County Chamber of Commerce Unveils "AM BEATS": A New Quarterly Series Dedicated to Workplace Wellness
SOUTHERN PINES, NC — The Moore County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of AM BEATS — Business, Energy, and Talk Sessions, a new quarterly breakfast series designed exclusively for Chamber members. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between professional productivity and mental wellbeing, providing local business leaders with the tools to foster a healthier workplace culture.
While the Chamber’s long-standing Early Bird Connections and Breakfast will continue to serve as a staple for local networking, AM BEATS introduces a specialized focus on the "human element" of business. Each session will feature expert speakers, guided table discussions, and actionable resources centered on critical topics such as burnout prevention, resilience, and mindful leadership.
"We are excited to unveil AM BEATS as a fresh, energizing addition to our programming," Jonathon Lewis, Director of Membership Development, stated. "This series adds a new layer of support, focusing on the health, energy, and resilience of the leaders who power Moore County’s businesses."
Event Kickoff Details
The inaugural session will feature Dr. Philipp Wirth, focusing on the theme: "Mindful Productivity: Balancing Hustle with Health." Attendees will explore strategies for intentional planning and rethinking productivity through the lens of mindfulness.
